Xero Fire undertook a fire engineering bushfire performance solution assessment for the new nixed-use residential building at the existing St George’s College campus.
The building was subject to an existing BAL report which showed the building was subject to BAL-12.5. A bushfire performance solution utilising a Method 2 BAL procedure and radiant heat flux analysis was undertaken to review the removal of bushfire screens for the operable windows located above ground floor.
