Xero Fire are proud to be the Fire Engineers on this project.
We developed a suitable smoke control strategy to provide significant cost saving by rationalizing the mechanical design. In doing so the architectural design could be recognized which provided an evacuation strategy befitting to the building. Other areas of the fire engineering design included areas of non-compliance with fire system design and integrating the existing parts into the new extension.
