Xero Fire was engaged to review the construction requirements for an existing home located in a bushfire prone area.
The project comprised of an extensive renovation and extension to the existing residence, which was not currently built to comply with the bushfire construction requirements. We undertook detailed radiant heat analysis and prepared a Performance Solution to enable the client to retain parts of the existing heritage timber structure including windows and doors.
